Blog Timeline

2011- I created this blog to re-enter the online health education realm. This time, I didn’t want to do anything fancy. I just wanted to put my ‘health education’ work online.

Then, I was too lazy to write more than one post. Eventually, I graduated again (MS from Gator Nation) and accepted a job to teach in (South) Korea. A number of people asked me to keep a blog. So, that was the next station: keep everyone updated with the details that I didn’t feel like posting on Facebook.

Off to Korea

With the exception of specific posts that were requested (or if too many people were asking the same question), I didn’t feel like keeping an online diary. I started doodling some scenes from my life during ‘deskwarming season’ and one day posted two drawings on Facebook. My Grandmother saw them and seemed to really enjoy it. A fellow teacher also encouraged me to blog them. I figured, eh, why not. It was a way to keep my family and everyone else involved in my life even with me being across the globe.

So, that’s what this blog is about: a little bit of this & a little bit of that. Whatever comes to mind or requested (aka different people asking the same question).
